Description:
The D3 series Cold Watch Detectors are precision engineered, designed and manufactured for commercial or residential use.
 

Each unit consists of a bi-metal operating mechanism, featuring hermetically sealed precious metal contacts (normally open) which automatically reset for repetitive operation, eliminating the need for sensing element replacement.
 

Small compact design, highly resistant to vibration and corrosion.  Easily adapted to standard electrical outlet boxes.
 

Available at factory preset temperature ratings of 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
 

Dual screw terminals permit easy installation in single or multiple Detector circuits.
 

Specifications:
BASE:  Molded White or Ivory ureaformaldehyde.
DIMENSIONS:  1 7/8" diameter,  7/8" high
SENSOR:  Stainless steal cap, compression welded to brass shell with bimetallic operating mechanismnested within.
CONTACTS:  Silver clad phospher bronze, (normally open)
ELECTRIC RATING:  3 Amp @125VAC, 1 Amp @6 to 24VDC
DIELECTRIC VOLTAGE:  Withstands 1200 VAC, minimum
TEMPERATURE RATING:  50 Degrees Fahrenheit.
TERMINALS:  Dual brass screw terminals.
MOUNTING:  Surface mount ONLY.

Accessory Items:
Mounting adapters to fit standard electrical boxes.  Protective covers for use where Mechanical protection is required.
