Sales Policy
We sell only to bonefide Alarm/Security Installation Organizations.
A copy of authorization to collect sales tax and a resale tax certificate
(NYS ST-120) is required prior to processing your order.
Location of Sale
Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. is based in Town of Cheektowaga, County
of Erie, State of New York. For all legal purposes this shall be considered
the place of sale. With each purchase you agree to be bound by the
laws of New York State and you accept the jurisdiction of this location
in connection with any disputes or matters involving Alarm Parts and Supply
Inc..
Terms of Payment
All orders will be prepaid cash or certified check. Company check
approval and a credit line will be determined once a dealer application
has been processed. Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. requires a completed
credit application / investigation before credit is extended.
We accept MasterCard and Visa only. If a check is returned for any
reason, you will be charged $20.00 to cover bank charges and administrative
fees. In the event that Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. commences any
legal or collection efforts, the Customer shall pay all costs of collection
and legal fees should such action be necessary. A 21.9% per annum
finance charge will be applied to all overdue accounts and all merchandise
remains the property of Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. until paid in full.
Any account aged over 60 days will be turned over for collection.
Product Returns
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before any
product can be returned to Alarm Parts and Supply Inc.. The RMA must
be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a description of
the problem. Defective products must be returned in their complete
original packaging. This includes cartons, manuals, cables, instructions,
etc.. If any of these materials are missing, or damaged, NO
credit or replacement can be issued. All RMA numbers are good for
14 days from date of issue. The RMA number must be clearly marked
on the package and must be received freight prepaid. Any product
received after 14 days, or not clearly marked with the RMA number will
be refused. All merchandise returned will be for credit to Alarm
Parts and Supply Inc. Customer account only, no cash refunds. All
merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted after 30 days from
date of purchase. Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. will not be responsible
for damaged or misused items. A return freight charge will be applicable
to cover return shipping charges.
Product Warranties
All products are warranted by the manufacturers and subject to repair
or replacement according to the manufacturers terms and conditions.
All warranty returns are subject to the manufacturers testing and examination.
Any warranty return found to have no fault will be subject to the manufacturers
standard testing and repair charges. All warranty returns are subject
to shipping charges to get the warranted merchandise to and from the manufacturer
for testing, repair, and or replacement.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
The carriers shipping charges will be charged to you on your invoice.
Partial shipments may be made unless specified at time of order.
Any special shipping instructions must be specified at time of order.
Liability
Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. Shall not be liable for loss or damage
of any kind resulting from delay or in ability to deliver on account of
fire, labor troubles, accident, acts of civil or military authorities,
shortages of raw materials, government regulations, or from any other cause
beyond our control.
Price and Policy Changes
Prices and Policies are subject to change without notice. Furthermore
Alarm Parts and Supply Inc. reserves the right to change, supplement, or
replace these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Errors
Stenographic and clerical errors and omissions in the invoice are subject
to correction.
